We are looking for a motivated hands-on Warehouse Supervisor in Crewe with experience overseeing daily warehouse operations and managing a medium-large sized workforce.
The Role
This role includes overseeing daily Warehouse & Stores activities and supervising a dedicated team and working alongside the Stock Control & Purchasing Manager
- Make sure receipts & dispatch targets are achieved
- Monitor and manage staffing levels and equipment to make sure operational needs are met
- Make sure Health & Safety levels are followed
- Identify training needs
- Responsible for Warehouse organisation
You
- Warehouse Supervising/Management experience
- Excellent data inputting skills
- Experience liasing with all levels of hierarchy
- Stock Management experience
- Goods IN/OUT process knowledge
Benefits
- Salary: £32,000
- 30 days holiday – rising to 33 days after one year
- Potential to work a 4 day working week
