Michaela Francis.

I’ve always loved Recruitment.  I left school and went to shadow at a local agency, that is when I knew this was the career for me. I love the vibe of our office and get to talk to interesting people every day. Helping them find their perfect role and support them when they need help looking for their chosen career pathway.

I grew up in Basingstoke where I still live. My husband and I have 4 beautiful children. I'm an enthusiatic football mum as my son plays for Southampton Academy and my daughter plays for a local team,  I spend most weekends rain or shine on the side line of a football pitch being the loudest mum cheering.
