CNC Operator

My client seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and products. You should have a strong understanding of CNC machinery and be able to work with precision to ensure the accuracy of the final products.

The Role

  • Set and operate CNC vertical and horizontal twin pallet mills
  • CNC Lathes using Fanuc control system
  • Check parts are correct using measuring equipment
  • Working with team to ensure paperwork is kept up to date
  • Set and operate manual miling, turning and grinding machines

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience setting and operating CNC Lathes and Mills
  • Ability to set and operate CNC Machines
  • Know how to read and interpret drawings is essential
  • Use of micrometres, verniers and gauges to inspect parts

Package

  • Salary £36,500 per annum
  • Premium overtime rates
  • Early Friday finish
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
