Electrical Contracts Manager
An independently owned and a well-respected specialist electrical contractor is looking to expand its existing team. Based in Gloucestershire this company has built itself an enviable name in the industry over the years.
As the electrical contract manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the electrical services are installed within time-scale and within budget. You will be required to interact with the client and therefore it is important you can demonstrate excellent client-facing skills. You will also be able to assist with the procurement of goods as well as aspects of electrical design when needed
Projects will be varied and will be within the commercial, healthcare and residential sectors – mainly along the M4 corridor
Required experience:
- A proven track record as an electrical project/contract manager within the building services sector.
- A proven track record overseeing the electrical services on projects valued in excess £1million.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage from trades through to the management level.
- 18th edition desirable but not essential
- Electrical qualifications such as a diploma, degree or apprenticeship
Package:
- £50,000 to £60,000
- Bonus based on profit
- Company vehicle or allowance
- 25 days holiday
