Position: European Road Freight Account Manager

Location: Salford

Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (DEO)

Hours: Mon – Friday – office-based & remote working

Benefits: Bonus/Commission + Car Allowance

European Road Freight Account Manager:

European Road Freight Account Manager Role:

We are now looking to strengthen our growing European road freight team and recruit a European Road Freight Account Manager responsible for developing and winning new businesses and selling our European Road Freight services to potential new clients.

Using your own entrepreneurial skills to develop and maximise business enquiries and thereby generate profit and revenue for the company. We are looking for a strong, confident, and resilient personality, experienced in dealing with EU Road Freight Markets & trade lanes. You will be passionate about sales and customer service with the ability to work well and thrive under pressure, within a targeted environment. Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new prospect leads and new accounts over the telephone and face-to-face.
• Role will involve telesales, face-to-face selling (B2B), Negotiations and Presentations
• Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve the targets as set out.
• Achieve Sales productivity and revenue targets
• Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
• Provide customers with accurate and cost-effective quotations
