HR Officer / HR Advisor / HR Administrator – £30k+

An exciting opportunity has arisen within an electromechanical services provider in Cheddar. The purpose of the role is to coordinate all HR functions across the 4 UK based sites, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations and supporting management with policies and procedures.

If you are an experienced generalist HR Officer / HR Advisor / HR Administrator looking to take a step forward, this will be ideal.

The Role

  • Manage recruitment, advertisement, scheduling interviews liaising with recruitment agency’s
  • Manage & Provide HR guidance to Directors & Management in all HR-related procedures & decisions
  • Assist with Monthly payroll & P11D & P60’S & any other Ad-Hoc reporting
  • Monitor & Manage staff holiday, attendance & time-keeping
  • Manage all contracts & New starter packs etc
  • Ensure records are kept up to date with GDPR legislations

You

  • Generalist HR background
  • CIPD Level 5 would be ideal but not essential
  • Have recruitment experience
  • Some Payroll experience
