Junior Export Coordinator – Colnbrook
A Junior Export Coordinator is required to join this global forwarding company who are based at Colnbrook.
Full time – 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary: Up to £23,000
Key Responsibilities – Junior Export Coordinator
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system to track and trace road and air freight movements and monitor on a daily basis.
- Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
- Ensure accurate and timely client and vendors billing.
- Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
- Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.
- Understand department process flow and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) Escalation of problems to Management when necessary
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride.
- General administration tasks and customer service
- Full training given.
Requirements
- 1+ years office-based experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft MS
- Willingness to learn.
- Can do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
