Are you an autonomous Mechanical Design Engineer with background in a fast-paced environment seeking to bring your skillset to an expanding Mechanical Contractor?
Do you want your detailed mechanical built environment designs to ensure your wider employer are able to deliver an brimming pipeline of works, with greater capacity to take on more projects?
Our Midlands-based client are growing as a business and, as a result, are seeking a mechanical design professional within the building services industry to join the team – mainly focused on commercial office fit-out scope of works.
The Role –
– Production of detailed designs, Mechanical specific calculations and survey reports
– Conducted stage reports and presentations
– Carrying out site surveys of existing installations where applicable
– Attendance within design team meetings
Requirements –
– Possessing Mechanical Engineering or relevant HNC / HND / degree or equivalent qualifications
– Extensive Mechanical Engineering Building Services construction background
– Strong understanding of ASHRAE, British Standards and CIBSE legislation and regulation
– Able to utilise AutoCAD and additional industry software
Package –
– To £60k per annum
– 25 days holiday annually, excluding bank holidays
– Pension contribution
