Sales Engineer – South East

An ambitious sales engineer is required to join innovation led, engineering solutions provider. Primarily
in the areas of electro-pneumatic, pneumatic valves, sensors and controls for manufacturing & production machinery
automation applications within most manufacturing environments. Sectors: food & bev, automotive,
aerospace, process & industrial, FMCG, pharma.

This really is a great opportunity to work from home, solution selling technical engineering innovations to leading manufacturers around through out the South East region (warm patch).

We invite applications from service engineers, mechanical engineers, sales engineers, graduates – all engineers looking for a field sales role.

Your discipline can be: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar.

Key Requirements: over 25 years old (due to company car insurance) and with a full driving licence + you must already live on patch in the South East (Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex, Kent, Berkshire)


We are looking for a determined sales person, likely to be an engineering graduate with a strong desire to build a technical sales career.

12 months sales and product training will be invested in you.

The Role:
· Working from home or Portsmouth HQ.

· Booking own appointments with Engineering Managers, MDs, Procurement Managers.
· Extensive training and support offered
· Selling engineering solutions to improve efficiency, reduce waste, reduce maintenance. Automation solutions.
· Account management and self-generated new business sales, following up enquiries. Selling to existing and new customers throughout territory
· Supporting existing customer base
· Identifying opportunities for new solutions and work with engineering team and suppliers to develop
these

You:
· Genuinely looking for a field sales position
· Engineering graduate or HND or apprentice trained
· Previous sales experience preferred but not essential e.g. internal sales or technical support or applications engineer or technical sales
· Driving licence, 25+ years old due to insurance

Benefits Package:
· £35K-£45K
· Performance related bonus
