We need Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) to provide quality care to our residents within a care home. Your role will be to create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a variety of physical and mental needs, as well as to make critical clinical decisions based on your professional judgment. In addition to developing customized care plans, delivering medicine safely, and providing excellent service across all areas of your responsibilities, you can expect to have a wide range of responsibilities. You will be able to do things the right way as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – and be respected for your efforts.
