Technical Coordinator – New Build Residential

My client are are a small-medium privately owned house builder and developer building residential homes throughout the South East.

Role

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all technical and design information for construction projects within the Homes division. Initially you will be Technical Co-ordinator for 2 projects. 1 recently started house build project in Eddington and 1 soon to start 150 home develop in St Neots.

• Develop and manage design programmes in line with the specific technical delivery strategy
• Ensure project deliverables and approvals are met, provide technical reports/dashboards for projects
• Coordinate the consultant team to ensure that designs and technical inputs are completed on time
• Monitor the management of technical budgets on projects.
• Manage and maintain excellent relationships with all consultants and statutory authorities, whilst working alongside the in-house team
• Operating and management of design delivery for live developments that include phased occupation of home
• Attend sites and work with the delivery team to resolve technical issues arising from site works
• Ensure full compliance with ‘Building a Safer Future’, recording of site information, ‘Golden Thread’, Five Point Focus / Quality Standards
• Written and verbal progress reporting to include ASTA programming

Monday – Friday 08:30-17:00. Hybrid work from home 2 days per week

You

Expert in house building, innovative and high attention to detail. A customer focused individual as you’ll be customer facing at times.

5 years experience in modern housing development or traditional build. It is likely you have been a Technical Coordinator or Developer.

Package

Salary to £65K + car allowance
