Technical Service Manager / Operations Manager / Project Manager
Our client is a manufacturer of industrial and commercial fresh water pump systems. They are looking for a drainage Engineer/manager with experience of pump station cleaning, drain/gulley cleaning, jetting, drainage and CCTV surveys to join a manufacturer who has an excellent service reputation
The Role
- Overall management of the technical side of the business, Including Technical Staff & Client requirements.
- Dealing with the Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental requirements for the department
- Have overall product knowledge to train and improve Technical Service Coordinators
- Manage the out of hours rota within the department
- Have regular meetings with stakeholders to help improve the business
You
- A good understanding of the Pumped Drainage Industry
- Mechanical & Electrical knowledge
- Experience in Management
- Great communication skills both written & oral
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be willing to travel (If required)
Package
Up to £55k per annum basic (dependent on experience)
