Sales Support Administrator
Oldham
£18,000

Sales Support Administrator required working for a manufacture of industrial engineering equipment. As the Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and dealing with emails supporting the internal sales staff with admin support. You will need to provide great customer service to clients and have good attention to detail storing data and orders onto the company database. You must have worked in a similar role before with sales support or fast paced office environment, ideally you will have worked in an engineering environment before.

Roles and Responsibilities;

  • Order Processing
  • Customer Service
  • Maintain and promote good customer relationships
  • Vet enquiries and categorise accordingly
  • Receive and register enquiries onto the CRM system
  • Cross check client details and update the database
  • Assist the external sales team by uploading and progressing client feedback
  • Organise own workload effectively
  • Communicate at all levels across departments

Skills and Experience;

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Confident on the telephone speaking to customers.
  • Previous admin and customer service experience.
  • Ideally worked in a similar role with an engineering environment.
  • Qualifications in Engineering would be advantageous.
