I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse to work as a Nurse Manager for a small, specialist mental health service in Devon.
The service provides care for less than 20 adults complex mental health needs.
As the Nurse Manager you will support the Deputy Manager and the care team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
You may also be required to support other local services within the group.
For this role it is essential that you have Mental Health care experience as well as experience of leading a team. You should have a good knowledge of the CQC, safeguarding and health and safety policies and procedures.
