Great support and service from Tom, he’s made the process comfortable, keeping me updated with great communication.

- Megan

TESTIMONIALS .

During my search for a new role, James was a huge asset; he was proactive, quick, and helpful in giving advice. James demonstrated his passion and ensured I was well equipped and prepped before the Interview took place. It's my pleasure to offer my recommendation for James who will look after you if you are searching for a new role. James will guide and support you through every stage of the process ensuring you feel confident and prepared.

Wendy

TESTIMONIALS .

I would just like to drop a few words of praise on James Earl, I have just been placed in my dream job and it’s all thanks to James. His support and persistence in the search for finding me the perfect position has been excellent. I felt like he listened and really used what I told him to get me the perfect role. From start to finish James went above and beyond in what I expected and to be honest it’s been the best experience I have ever had with a personnel agency. I would highly recommend your company and James to everyone I know. Once again thank you to your company and James for being amazing.

Clive

TESTIMONIALS .

Fran was friendly and professional from my the first phone call we had. Fran sourced me the perfect sounding job, negotiated a wage for me and kept me up to date throughout the process. I was successful in the interview and Fran was very quick to give me feedback from the interview. All staff at WR recruitment know what was going on with my application which shows they have great communication there! I can’t thank Fran enough for the help she gave me in finding a new role!

Jaimie

TESTIMONIALS .

Just a quick one to say that Victoria was instrumental in helping me get my current role. She was brilliant in guiding me through the recruitment process, helped me prepare for every stage of the interview and took a genuine interest in how I was getting on at all stages of the process. She regularly asked for updates and showed true dedicated and professionalism throughout. Her attention to detail and follow up are both exceptional and I am extremely grateful for the assistance she gave me.

Michael

TESTIMONIALS .

I have to say out of all my dealings with recruiters and agencies over the years, my experience with Matt has by far been the highlight. Matt not only was able to help secure me a life changing new role, he actually cared. From our first conversation it was clear Matt would do all he could to find a role which matched my needs. Couldn't be more grateful and thankful our paths crossed.

Donald

TESTIMONIALS .

Honestly, it was an absolutely pleasure to deal with Matt. Within literally minutes of conversing with him, I felt that he totally understood what I wanted and he adapted well to these requirements. It is all thanks to Matt that I have now got an opportunity to further my career. I am now in a position where I can say that I am truly happy with my job and thanks to Matt, my career is moving forward. I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Matt. Thanks a lot and all the best!

Evie-Louise

TESTIMONIALS .

Matt stands out above the usual recruitment consultants. He goes the extra mile, he continues the search, communicates regularly and clearly and gives honest opinions in the view of transparency. If applications aren’t successful, he continues the search and actively moves things forward. You can easily tell that he keeps both sides of the coin up to date and communicates clear intentions so that there’s no disillusions. What became apparent from my experience of dealing with Matt is that he always goes the extra mile, he actually listens to candidate and the clients and understands their needs. Top job, top man.

Colin

TESTIMONIALS .

I would highly recommend Natasha and WR Recruitment as they have recently sourced me staff at short notice and kept in regular touch with me throughout the contract. It's hard these days to recruity staff direct and it helps to lean on regular friendly recruitment companies that do some of the leg work for you, finding the appropriate people with the right skillsets and attitudes to work.

Emma

TESTIMONIALS .

It’s my pleasure to offer my unreserved recommendation for James whom I’ve known for his vast knowledge in logistics & freight forwarding. He has always demonstrated responsibility and a strong entrepreneurial spirit showing a great passion, friendly, committed and exemplary people skills as well as his management style. James skills are second to none and has a impeccable high standard I admire and consistent. Others would benefit from his experience and the first person i would contact in any situation as his guidance is honoured. James is seen as a role model in the ever changing logistics and environment.

Raj

TESTIMONIALS .

Victoria was incredibly helpful, patient and ultimately successful in helping me find a new role. I won’t lie I generally have a poor view of recruitment staff, as more often than not they just want to shoehorn people into roles they don’t ultimately want or understand just for their fee. Victoria however was a delight and I can’t thank her enough for all she did for me.

John

TESTIMONIALS .

Please note I have been dealing with James regarding a new job in the shipping industry as I have been made redundant. I just want to say its been a pleasure dealing with him. He is such a lovely guy and very helpful. He has gone out of his way to help me out unfortunately I found a job which did not come from him but I wished it did as he has been so helpful. He did get some interviews lined up for me but I did not get the chance to go as i was offered the job same day as the interview and I did accept the position. I just want to say a big thank you to James for all is help and time. He has been brilliant. Also spoke to one of the other guys and he was very friendly and helpful too. If I need any help in the future looking for another job I will be contacting James for sure!

Sandra

TESTIMONIALS .

Just wanted to let you know how outstanding James was in helping me find work. Was super friendly and easy to communicate with which helped majorly. Also the fact he got stuck in to try help me find a job and next thing you know everything worked out within 1 week. From meeting him, to arranging an interview, to crushing the interview, and now I have a job starting tomorrow. His helpful nature and easy going attitude was a delight and I’m truly very grateful to have had him looking for work on my behalf. He helped me prepare for my interview and also checked in with me regularly which was so lovely. Definitely have a good recruiter there who has honest passion for his job. Can't say thank you enough for the awesome work in helping me. Employee of the month I’d say 😊

Gabrielle

TESTIMONIALS .

I just wanted to take the time to let you know I had a really good experience having James as one of my recruiters compared to all the other ones that worked with me by a country Mile. James was very helpful and always had time to answer my questions and communicate with me. Unlike the other recruiters James did not put other companies down which weren't his instead he was honest and I really liked that about him because he was very interested in my future not just rushing me into a job. Unfortunately I didn’t go for the job James found me despite it had the best pay and benefits and a great team to join! James was willing to find me other roles but I had many offers on the table already. The role had great opportunities in the future and James found exactly what I described to him; it’s a real shame I didn’t take that job ! Out of 10 I would rate my experience with James a solid 10 and he has already offered his services if I ever need them again and I know for sure I will be choosing James in the future to help me!

Matthew

TESTIMONIALS .

I had hit the ceiling in my previous role and the work life balance was just not there. I came into recruitment as it offered a challenging, yet rewarding opportunity for people who are willing to work hard. I loved the idea of ‘you get out as much as you put in. The social side of the company is like nothing I know of anywhere else. I talk to my friends in numerous industries: trade, hospitality, accountancy. None have anything like we do! The office culture at WR is great! The atmosphere is always positive and relaxed, with the music playing and an open plan setup really helping this. Here at WR I feel completely valued from my manager and both directors which makes me want to go to work each day. Enjoying what you do cannot be understated. For anyone willing to work hard and put in the effort I would definitely recommend joining WR!
