Administrator
Administrator required for a multi national’s Foodservice brand based in Galashiels.
Administrator MUST have office experience and be familar with Microsoft packages.
Experience with Transport and Vehicle Fleet would be highly desirable but not essential.

The Role:
Working as a key part of the Fleet department, we look after the full suite of commercial vehicles and company cars out on the roads, and all our Mechanical Handling Equipment in our warehouses across the UK. We work with multiple teams across the business to make sure our large fleet remains safe, efficient and cost effective.
You will join our great team of Fleet Administrators based in our Galashiels offices and the role will involve :
Keeping our internal and external fleet databases up to date
Administering Penalty Charge Notices
Liaising with internal and external customers to make sure their transport requirements are met, including organising hire and de-hire of commercial vehicles, and arranging vehicle movements across the UK
Keeping commercial vehicles taxes up to date making sure they are roadworthy.
