Order Processor/Tendering
I am recruiting for a Order Processor/Tendering to join a great Family run Engineering company in Crewe with 130 employees and fantastic internal progression.
My client is looking for a dedicated person to process customers orders & generating Tenders with a busy service, repair and warranty department.
The Role
- Maintain customer satisfaction whilst accurately processing incoming orders
- Ensure correct equipment selection to satisfy customer requirements and generate quotations with timescales
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, management and internal departments
- Manage returned parts
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Effectively manage own workload
- Maintain accurate electronic records
- Adhere to company processes and procedures
- Identify training needs to carry out job function efficiently and safely
You
- Driving Licence (Essential) – Due to Location
- Engineering Qualification (ONC, HNC, B,ENG)
- Technically Minded
- Computer literate (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)

- Salary £24k-£30k (Pending on experience)
