Production Manager – Lean Manufacturing
Production Manager – Day Shift – £38-44k depending on experience
An opportunity for an experienced leader to join an established global production facility in Kings Lynn.
The Production Manager holds responsibility to organise, analyse and continually improve performance; maximising employee’s performance, health & safety, quality, delivery, cost, working climate and environmental targets.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in implementing and managing lean manufacturing processes.
You:
Experience of working in a mechanical/engineering Manufacturing environment to a management level
Takes responsibility for own areas of accountability but in addition offers support to colleagues to ensure the success of the team.
Good commercial understanding of the business environment and able to demonstrate an understanding of the link between employees performance and behaviours and the success of the Factory
Package:
£38-44k depending on experience
