I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse to work as a Clinical Lead for a family-run care provider within their beautiful nursing home in Horsham.
The home has been rated good in all 5 areas and has an excellent reputation within the local area. The home currently provide Dementia, general nursing and residential care for 35 residents but are undergoing an exciting 20 bed expansion.
As the Clinical Lead Nurse you will support the staff team and work alongside the management team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
You will receive a generous salary of up to £52,416 per annum.
