I am currently looking for an experienced care professional to work as a Deputy Manager within an elderly care nursing home in Lincoln.
The home provides nursing and residential care for up to 50 residents.
As the Deputy Manager you will assist the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
Your role will include:
- Leading the multi-discipliniary team alongside the manager
- Budgeting and completing audits
- Ensuring that CQC and health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Providing inductions, training and supervision to new and existing staff
- Managing the home in the absence of the manager
For this role it is essential that you have strong experience of working within care/ nursing homes and excellent leadership skills.
