Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services

Working in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary building consultant specialist seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Building Services department in their Birmingham base at present.

The multi-office group have been running for approaching 30 years, growing steadily throughout this period, having involvement on a range of award-winning projects across a variety of built environment sectors.

Our client have a team of in-house professionals who utilise their vast industry expertise and experience to deliver sustainable projects to the highest standard.

This position provides the opportunity for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join a group continually striving to become industry leaders within the Building Services industry.

The Role –

– Coordinating detailed design production in close correspondence with in-house professionals, external design professionals, further

– Ensuring scheme project designs adhere to specification of the client in accordance with relevant legislation and regulation

– Attendance in design review and progress meetings with both internal and external professionals

Requirements –

– Relevant industry HND/HNC or degree within Building Services/Mechanical Engineering

– Working understanding of relevant industry guidelines and building regulations

– Knowledge, professional understanding across full RIBA stage design

Package –

– To £50k per annum

– Annual holiday allowance of 25 days, excluding bank holidays

– Hybrid working model (2 days working from home weekly)
