WR Logistics are currently recruiting for a Multi Modal Import FCL Operator in Witham.

This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a thriving freight forwarding company based in Witham.

Hours and Pay – Multi Modal Import FCL Operator

• Monday – Friday
• 0800 – 1700
• £28,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
• 20 days holiday + bank holiday dates

Main purpose of the role – Multi Modal Import FCL Operator

An opportunity to work within our growing deep sea import team. We are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual who has had at least 5 years general forwarding experience. Working within our busy import FCL department.

Key responsibilities

• Arranging air, sea & road import bookings
• Dealing with overseas offices & partners
• Working start to finish on files.
• Processing sales & purchases
• Quoting UK clients for FCL
• Quoting & managing shipments for several FBA (Amazon clients)
• Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing.
• Looking after key accounts
• Raising Invoices
• Managing direct client accounts
• Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years freight forwarding experience.
• Must have experience with FCL.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
