WR Logistics are currently recruiting for Warehouse Client Account Manager in Witham.
This is an exciting permanent opportunity to join a thriving freight forwarding company based in Witham.
Hours and Pay-Warehouse Client Account Manager
- Monday – Friday
- 0730 – 1630
- £25,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
- 20 days holiday + bank holiday dates

Main purpose of the role-Warehouse Client Account Manager
An opportunity to work within our busy warehouse office team. We are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual who has good experience with day-to-day warehouse management of client accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Processing of orders via our WMS
- Booking deliveries
- Dealing with quotes & client queries
- Adding new inventory into our stock system.
- Updating tracking.
- Being part of weekly client calls
- Working with the clearance team when removing stock from bond.
- Managing large client accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience working with WMS.
- Previous customer Service / Account Manager experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Previous customs experience an advantage.
