Business Support Administrator – FTC 9 months
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic engineering company that delivers mission- critical engineering to Europe’s nuclear and healthcare industries. This is a key role which encompasses a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks to support management, visitors and the wider business.
If you are proactive, have the ability to multitask, with great attention to detail – this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
* Support the leadership team inc occasional diary management, travel, expenses administration
* Welcoming visitors and logging correctly
* Provide overall administrative support & co-ordination for the business
* Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
* Postage of documentation / parcels at local post office; Distribution of incoming post
* Schedule internal and external appointments and meetings as required.
* Raising purchase orders and processing Goods Received Notes.
* Support IT function with maintaining logs and other admin
* Coordination of security issues such as key safes, codes and keys.
* Support Security function with security and access related provisions
Knowledge and Experience
* Previous administrative experience in an office-based role
* Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
* Highly proficient and experienced with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint & Visio, Adobe Pro DC
* You will have previously worked as a Business Support Administrator, Office Coordinator, Personal Assistant, Receptionist, Office Manager or similar.
Package
Salary to £29k (doe)
Fixed Term 9 months contract
