Compressed Air Engineer – London / Essex / Kent
My client has a fantastic reputation for providing compressed air solutions to key industries including food & beverage, medical, packaging, and waste
Core products they sell are air compressors, air treatment equipment and distribution products
Ideally, you will have experience as a compressor engineer however training will be provided for the right candidate with an electrical skill set and field service experience
The Role:
You will work closely with the scheduling team to manage allocated works from commencement to completion
- Complete installation, servicing, fault-finding, repair, and maintenance works on compressed air systems
- Rotary Screw Compressors, Ancillary Equipment, and Intelligent Control Systems with additional requirements to work on Piston, Rotary Vane, and Scroll compressors
- Complete pipework installations and assist the sales team by completing site surveying pre and post-quotation.
You:
- Experience installing compressed air pipework pipework systems
- Sound knowledge of electro-mechanical principles including three-phase and commissioning
- Experience reading electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams
- Ability to understand compressed air systems from compressor to air treatment to distribution to point of use treatment and application
Package:
- Salary: £40,000 depending on experience
- Bonus, company van & pension
- Overtime
