Contact Centre Operator vacancy – Stanford-Le-Hope
A leading Container Transport Company are currently looking for an experienced Contact Centre Operator to join their team.
You will be working within a busy team speaking with both Drivers and customers alike and Liaising with other members of the team.
The Package:
£12 Per hour
Monday – Friday
5am – 5pm
The Role:
- As Contact Centre Operator take a request from drivers and email the relevant team
- You will take data from a driver and enter into the system
- Re-route a call to the relevant team
- Take a message and email the relevant person
- Contact Centre Operator will answer All overflow calls that have timed out after 30 seconds of queuing
- Make all callers feel loved and with a human touch
- Liaise with all other teams to ensure all inbound calls are dealt with timely
- Perhaps even have the task of outbound calls to relay information to drivers, give pin numbers, vbs numbers, request status updates, check they have notes etc etc
The Requirements:
- Experience within the Transport industry
- Experience in making / Receiving a high volume of calls
- Proficient on Microsoft office, Teams and outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly adaptable and able to work under pressurised situations
