Position: Road Freight Manager
Location: Bradford
Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 – 17:00
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Hols
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Package (Negotiable)

Our client were first established in the 1980s and have a wealth of experience in the UK and have built up an impressive network of offices and agents Worldwide so they are able to provide the freight forwarding solutions their customers require using long-standing partners and offices, offering services across ocean air and road.
We are now seeking to appoint an experienced Freight Forwarding Manager specialising within the European Road Freight market to join our growing team based in Bradford
Export Manager – EU Road Freight Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Export Manager and team leader with a strong background in European Road Freight operations at senior level, responsible for a team of operational and commercial personnel and will report to the Managing Directors. This is a highly progressive role with the opporuity to work towards the position of Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
To oversee day to day Export Freight operation within the European Road Freight department.
Full accountability for P&L, Budgets & forecasting
Demonstrate leadership qualities to inspire and develop our teams
People management and personal development of the team
Training new & existing team members across all business areas.
Management of key customer accounts
