This is nice 3rd generation small business who design and manufacture their own products but essential work as a contractor supplying products, expertise and managing installation projects. The role:

• As part of a (very) small team of 7, you along with colleagues will manage multiple installations carried out by trusted sub-contract installers
• You will working closely with customers to deliver their projects ensuring quality, budget, time-scales are met.
• You be required to regularly produce CAD drawings – layout installation drawings which are accurate and detailed
• You will assist with producing RAMS and other Health and safety documentation for each project
• Site visit are required to survey, measure up and to plan the smooth running of each installation with the main client/contractor
• You will be required to work to ISO9001 quality management documentation
• Ensure compliance for quality and audit purposes standards and specifications
• Carryout occasional Tool box talks with sub-contractors

Essential for this role

• CAD drawing experience essential – you will be drawing every week – can be engineering or construction drawings experience

Some of the following very beneficial

• Experience of working to ISO9001 documentation, ideally in an SME environment
• Knowledge/experience of preparing RAMS
• HVAC or specifically ventilation / ductwork experience
• Experience giving tool box talks
• Flexible attitude to mucking in / team work required in a small business
• Available for occasional early starts to carry out site visits

Package:

• Up to £40,000 salary
• Use of company car for business related journeys/site visits
