The Role:

• As Logistics & Courier Administrator you will be using GFS and Azyra system, creating shipments, managing customer service and financial data
• Prepare quotations for all types of customer requirements, both import and export and domestic traffic – in an accurate and timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of legislation, political situations and other factors affecting the movement of freight.
• Negotiate rates with internal and external customers, and couriers, make bookings
• Maximise profitability on shipment by maximising gross margin, and driving new business while maintaining service requirements.
• Managing quote log, gaining feedback from customers, playing an active part in increasing job conversation rates
• processing costs and sales for courier and logistics within internal system
• maintain correspondence with EU broker within customs processes and shipping line for inbound deliveries

Requirements :

• Experience of pricing for courier network products / services
• Good negotiating skills
• Able to work to deadlines
• Organised, accurate and with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Excellent customer service skills
