Project Co-ordinator

Multi-Modal Project Coordinator – Harrow, London – Up to £35,000

Job Type: Maternity Cover – 9 Months to 1 Year – Opportunity for a full-time position

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000

Preferred Work Experience to Include Several of the Following:

  • Project Freight Forwarding
  • Air Freight
  • International Road Freight
  • Sea Freight
  • Customs Documents
  • Incoterms
  • Import
  • Export

Job Responsibilities & Objectives:

  • Assess and determine order of priorities on a daily basis with regards to workload
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Issue quotations
  • Handle queries
  • Client visits when required
  • Ensure clients timetables are achieved
  • Booking relevant transports from global locations
  • Cross checking suppliers paperwork
  • Prepare and Send pre-alerts
  • Ensure all job files are completed in accordance with QA and project requirements
  • Check and confirm shipment arrivals to destination
