European Marketing Manager – HVAC
Are you a dynamic and ambitious marketing professional looking to join a cutting-edge company that is poised to dominate the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) market? My client is seeking a talented and innovative Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts and spearhead their growth as the market leader in IAQ solutions. This is suitable for an intermediate-senior Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive who has previous experience of working for either an Indoor Air Quality or HVAC business
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong understanding of local, regional and industry trends that can assist in the development of our business
- Plan and execute marketing activities to build our brand, showcase our products and generate leads
- Regular daily business management
- Work closely with Global business team to understand and influence NPD-roadmap, product features, marketing intelligence, competition. Contribute to marketing planning process to achieve product/market success
- Development of country sales and marketing plans to drive sales development across all relevant channels
- Close collaboration with country leaders and sales teams to ensure budgets are achieved along with adjustments where necessary
- Support the development of strategic partnership and alliances
- Provide air treatment product knowledge and category support to colleagues across Europe
- Product range management
- Assortment
- Product set up
- Lifecycle management
- Pricing Strategy
- Identification, planning, management, and attendance at key events (both live and virtual) – for exhibiting and networking opportunities
Package:
- Total earnings £74,100 – £80,500
- Salary £65,000 – £70,000
- 15% bonus
- Car allowance £7,200 or electric company vehicle; Tesla or similar
- 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid working is available
- 33 days holiday

Requirements:
- Ideally, 5 years’ marketing experience in commercial Air Quality Management or related sectors
- Strong technical capability and knowledge of our target markets
- Computer literate. Able to competently use email, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database applications such as Microsoft Office & Cognos Powerplay and WordPress
- Ability to write detailed marketing plans as well as being proficient at interpreting marketing briefs and campaign requirements
- Decision making skills based upon robust data analysis and consumer insight
- All round business acumen
- Highly creative
- Strong command of the English language
- Highly collaborative, team player
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivator and creative initiator
- Organised forward planning skills
