A purpose built care home specialising in Elderly & Dementia Care. Part of a provider who have been providing the highest quality care in home across England. They pride themselves on meeting every individuals needs in a warm, homely and friendly environment. This provider has grown to almost 40 homes with plans to expand and is considered within the top 20 providers of care in the UK.
Requirements:
– Registered Nurse Qualified with a valid NMC pin
– Good knowledge of the most up to date clinical practices.
– Experience in infection control, moving and handling, wound care and drug administration.
– Good Communication Skills
