A dual site GP practice with a great reputation in the community. Part of a primary care provider serves patients across Hampshire, providing telephone clinical assessment, out of hours home visiting services and some face to face primary care appointments.

Requirements:
– Full registration with GMC
– Certification of Completion of Training
– Inclusion on Performers List
– MRCGP
– Evidence of a commitment to on-going personal & professional development
