Position: Air Export Team Leader

Location: London Heathrow

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30am-17:00pm

The Opportunity:

Our client our are an award-winning, global freight forwarding specialist who leads the way in international trade, logistics, freight and supply chain solutions.

We are now seeking an experienced and highly skilled Air Export Team Leader to join our dynamic team from our London Heathrow branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air exports and previous experience in a leadership role. As the Air Export Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of air export operators, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of air export operations.

Air Export Teams Leader Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead a team of air export operators, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate and manage air export shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless freight forwarding process.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members, ensuring their ongoing professional development and growth.
• Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and quality of service.

Essential experience and requirements:

• Proven experience in air export operations, with a strong understanding of air freight processes and regulations.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
