Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have a background in administration?

My client are a UK leading manufacturer of pumps, valves and automation products looking to add to the team.

The Role

  • Process incoming customer orders
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers
  • Resolve any order queries/ issues ensuring minimal delay and impact on our clients
  • Maintain and update customer records

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service or admin role
  • Can work independently and within a team
  • Computer competent – Microsoft Word – Excel

Package

  • Salary up to £26,000
  • 30 days annual leave
  • Flexibility to have 4 day working week
  • Annual company related bonus
