Ocean Import Coordinator

Sea Import Coordinator

Location: Bradford, UK

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (Depending on experience)

Monday to Friday (09:00 – 17:30)

As a Sea Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing LCL and FCL shipments from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, agents, and shipping lines to organise quotations and arrange transport from origin to destination.
  • Managing all aspects of import processes including delivery coordination, import documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Overseeing costing and billing on shipment files.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role within the UK freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven experience in quoting clients and sourcing rates from co-loaders, agents, and shipping lines.
  • Experience using the Cargowise system is highly favoured.
