Service & Maintenance Coordinator (3months) Temporary contract, could be longer term and go permanent
I am recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join a global company’s Services Division in Manchester. Using your organisational experience, you will provide support in organising engineers work schedules and diaries.
As this is a temporary role it requires an individual who with previous experience as a Service & Maintenance Coordinator.
The Role
Temporary contract, could be longer term and go permanent
- Receive technical service calls from clients & engineers
- Schedule and making appointments for UK wide field service engineers
- Handing all customer service enquires including potential complaints
- Providing 1st class customer service
- Preparing and sending quotations
You
- Previous service coordinator, maintenance coordinator or very similar experience
- Likely to have worked in an engineering company or building services maintenance contractor in the service department.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good attention to detail
