Salary: £35,000 + Annual Bonus

We’re hiring for a key role within our high-performing operations team, where you’ll be central to the movement of international and domestic freight. What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating import/export shipments across air, sea, land, and courier services

• Supporting the sales team in account development and retention

• Managing customer and supplier relationships to ensure seamless delivery

• Driving process improvements to maximise profitability and efficiency

• Handling financial aspects including cost control, receivables, and payables

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a multi-modal freight forwarding role

• Strong knowledge of air and sea import/export processes

• Solid commercial awareness and excellent time management

• Confident communicator who can deal with customers at all levels

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Cargowise is a plus
