This Registered Manager opportunity is with a provider who have been providing the highest quality care for the last 30 years across England. They pride themselves on meeting every individuals needs in a warm, homely and friendly environment. This provider has grown to almost 40 homes with plans to expand and is considered within the top 20 providers of care in the UK.
The Registered Manager package includes:
– £70,000 per annum
– 10% Performance Bonus
– 28 days annual leave allowance
– Paid NMC registration
– Support with continuous professional development (CPD) including a Personal Development Plan
– Support with Nurse revalidation
– Workplace Pension
– Recommend a friend paid scheme
