Estimator – Building & Maintenance

WR require an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to cover small works and planned new builds. Covers all aspects of refurbishment and build in domestic, commercial and education premises.

Covering Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Estimating / QS experience is required covering: general building, carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, plumbing.

Therefore applicants should have at least 5 years experience in estimating or contract management.

Salary £40K – £60K
