Administrator
This is initially for a 12 month maternity cover role based in busy Tilbury office (could potentially lead to further employment. )
Hours and Pay – Administrator
- Monday – Friday
- 0900 – 1730
- £12.50 per hour
- Request and checking service records and documents
- Preparing folders
- Requesting spare keys
- requesting clearance
- Planning and scheduling social media posts
- sending over weekly truck costings
- requesting an chasing PO numbers
- Chasing V5’s online
- SORNING Trucks
- Keeping website up to date
- Ordering uniform
- Booking Valets for trucks
- Must have a good administrative background
- have knowledge of posting on social media and updating websites
- Knowledge in marketing would be ideal but not essential
- Knowledge of HGV and Transport industry would be ideal
