I’m working with a prestigious mechanical and electrical contractor. They have been steadily growing, advancing in to electrical and renewable energy markets in the past 12 months. They are now looking for a Contract Manager or Service Manager to manage the air conditioning side of the business in London, with occasional visits to Portsmouth.

Requirements:

Mechanical or Air Conditioning background

Experience of managing air conditioning contracts

Experience of coordinating air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical services including service, maintenance and installations on AC Splits, VRVs, chillers, AHU’s LTHW and CHW. Gas boilers and heating
