Our client is looking for motivated nurses to join their outstanding team within a Care Home, providing support to people with dementia who require an enhanced level of nursing care.
This Care Home provides care and accommodation for older people. In particular, the home provides a service for people with a diagnosis of, but not limited to:
Dementia or other associated conditions, acquired brain injuries, progressive conditions such as Huntington’s and mental health conditions. Here everyone continually involve both the individual and family members wherever possible to improve the quality of care delivered.
