I am recruiting on behalf of a well-established Commercial Refrigeration company in Ringwood. They are urgently seeking a Quotation Administrator to act as a first point of contact for customers and to maintain and complete all aspects of the quotes process.

Also suitable: a sales administrator, quotes assistant, sales coordinator, experienced administrator.

Requirements:

  • Solid organisational skills
  • Good IT skills (excel, word, outlook)
  • Good understanding of SAP knowledge
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of data inputting
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Full UK Driving licence – due to location and start time

Package:

  • £23,000
  • Pension 4%
  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:30 – 4:30 or 8:30 – 5:30
  • 1 Saturday in 4 (paid as overtime)
  • Bank holidays on a rota basis (double time)
