Quantity Surveyor – Construction
I am working with a reputable construction company based in Portsmouth who are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to cover their fit outs, full refurbishments and conversion contracts. This is suitable for Quantity Surveyors looking to get in with a company who are constantly growing and boasts a great client base covering the south.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Good Verbal and written communication with Clients, Subcontractors and Employees
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Record-keeping skills
- Follows instructions well
Package:
- £60,000 salary
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- Private healthcare after 2 years
- 4% pension
- Shareholder options as the company grows
