HR Advisor / HR Business Partner / HR Graduate
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or HR Graduate to join a well established, global engineering company with real potential for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer strategic & pragmatic solutions across employee relations sickness and benefits, L&D,
- Drawing on your knowledge of case law and legislation.
- Actively participating in UK meetings
- Support with short and long-term absence cases
- Lead the recruitment activity
- Design & deliver training & development programmes
- Be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment that demands quick turnaround in respect of change initiatives
Education and Experience Required
- Ideally possess a minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) Business-related degree and/or hold a CIPD L5
- Be passionate about HR and the people agenda
- Have relevant practical generalist HR experience
- Hold a full UK Drivers License and be able to travel. Occasional overnight stays will be required.
- Willing to progress your knowledge through use of CPD, and ensuring current up to date knowledge of case law
- £30 – £40k depending on experience
- 25 days holiday, raising with time served

- Initially a 12 Month Contract
