Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner

HR Manager – Hartlepool – £55k

Our client, a global technology-focused manufacturer, are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the larger HR Business function. Employing over 150 people, the Hartlepool facility is also the divisional sales and fulfilment centre in Europe for the IoT (Internet of Things) Division.

Job Summary:

This is an internally facing role, playing an integral part in the transformation of the business, employee relations and working at an operational level whilst driving business initiatives. It will be your role to provide support and guidance on all HR matters. You will develop effective working relationships with MD’s/GM’s and the Senior Leadership Teams to enable a first-class HR service to be delivered on site.

The HRM role is the business partner to the site GM and their leadership team providing guidance, inputting, and executing the site strategy from a people perspective. The role works closely with the divisional HR VP to apply division and group-wide mandates/programmes. The

role requires presence at site 4 days a week with occasional travel to Eastleigh site.

Package:

– £50,000-£55,000 base salary

Requirements

– CIPD qualified

– 5+ years’ experience in a human resources managerial position, such as Human Resources Manager, HR Lead, Head of Human Resources or similar

– Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field

– Comprehensive understanding of employment laws

– Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills

– Strong business acumen
