Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing Equipment
Electrical maintenance engineer required for a highly successful production equipment maintenance company. This will be a site-based manufacturing maintenance role in Chelmsford, where you will carry out electrical maintenance on production equipment
This would suit an experienced electrical maintenance engineer, electrical maintenance technician, multi-skilled engineer, electro-mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, production engineer, factory engineer, maintenance manager or maintenance supervisor who has a background in production or factory equipment, machine tools, CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, band saws, grinders, boring mills, turning machines, power saws, presses, shapers or planers
Duties:
Maintenance on manufacturing production equipment
Static site based
Liaising with internal engineering and facilities managers
Background:
Electrically qualified, either as an apprentice trained or formal qualification such as a diploma, degree or city & guilds in an engineering discipline i.e HND, HNC or ONC electrical engineering
Background in manufacturing equipment maintenance
Excellent fault-finding skills
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering
Experience of maintaining production or factory equipment
Package:
Salary £40,000
Monday to Friday
Day shifts only – no nights or weekends!
8am to 4.30pm
31 days holiday including bank holidays
4% employer pension
