I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse/ Manager to work for a reputable care provider within their specialist EMI nursing home in Barnsley.
The home provides specialist, person-centre care for 35 residents, they are currently rated requires improvement.
As the Home Manager you will be closely supported by the home’s area management team, business lead. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home and ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
Experience and knowledge of budgeting, leading a multi-discipliniary team, CQC, NMC and Health and safety guidelines.
As the Home Manager you will receive up to £50,000 per annum with a generous benefits package.
