Senior Project Manager – M&E

Senior Electrical Project Manager

My client is a market leading M&E contractor who are looking for a senior project manager to work out of their Cheltenham office. You will initially provide electrical support to the operations manager on 3 high end residential country house buildings. Due to ongoing growth they are looking to build this office up and replicate existing offices.

This role is also suitable for contract managers

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering qualifications i.e City & Guilds or professional i.e Degree or HND
• Currently a project manager or a contract manager
• Experience of managing commercial and residential installations
• Experience managing teams of electricians
• Knowledge of commercial contracts
• Comfortable in a client facing role
• Ability to manage a budget
• Experience with RAMS

Package:

• £50,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
• Bonus
• 25 days holiday (not including bank holidays)
• 4% pension
• Private health care after probation period completed
• Car allowance
